These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the PlayPadHub website and app: game library management, news, e-sports, reviews, community, and related services. Accessing the service implies full acceptance of these ToS and the privacy policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account requires explicit acceptance of the ToS, privacy policy, and legal notices. Acceptance is recorded (date, time, and IP address) and retained for legal reasons.

If you do not accept these terms, you cannot create an account or access your personal area.

3. Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
  • An account is personal: transferring or sharing an account is prohibited.
  • You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from your legal guardians.

6. Links to Third-Party Platforms

Connecting to third‑party services (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox, Google, etc.) is governed by those platforms' terms. PlayPadHub is not responsible for their operation or the data they collect.

7. Service Availability

PlayPadHub makes its best effort to keep the service available. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or force majeure, and the publisher's liability cannot be invoked.

8. Suspension and Account Deletion

In the event of a breach of these Terms, PlayPadHub may suspend or delete an account, with or without notice. You can also delete your account at any time from the app.

9. Liability

PlayPadHub is an information and community service: the reviews and data displayed are provided for reference only. PlayPadHub's liability cannot be invoked in case of errors in the information, temporary unavailability, or damage resulting from the use of the service.

10. Personal Data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. You can exercise your GDPR rights at any time by emailing playpadgaming2026@gmail.com.

11. Modification of Terms

The Terms may evolve. In case of substantial changes, you will be invited to accept them again at your next login. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable arbitration and mediation rules.
